This is surprisingly delicious and perfect for a late (and highly impressive) breakfast, if you’re having guests. Bake the tart crust the night before if you like and it only takes minutes to add the filling and decorate!
This is a deliciously moist loaf that is perfect anytime of the day. I suspect there’s a glut of bananas in Ireland at the moment, they seem very abundant. I picked some up at the local convenience store late one evening recently and made this when I got home.
This is absolutely delicious. The only little drawback is that you’ll find it’s really difficult to stop nibbling it. It wouldn’t be out of the question to put it in a kilner jar and have it to snack on at the office.
This has a great bite and its very satisfying. The herbs and chilli flakes add a lovely little kick; and the eggs, Greek style yoghurt and cheese really boost the protein.
